I think I know just what we need…

Even Rocky had a montage.

I’ve been in a workout rut for the past couple months. There are a bunch of reasons contributing to that, but mostly, I just haven’t had the ambition to drag my ass to the gym. As the weeks go by, it’s becoming harder and harder to drag said ass, as it’s getting larger. And that pisses me off.

So what am I to do in a situation like this? I go all “High Fidelity” on you.

    While this song is on, I can run until I drop unconcious.

Some obvious choices, perhaps. Screw you, make your own list. I ran 6km at lunch, and I spent an hour in the boxing studio after work, so clearly it worked.
