Ugh

Gastrointestinal distress is one other method of losing weight, I guess. Something at lunch really didn’t agree with me. Had a good workout this morning, then felt really good on a run at lunch time, but since eating lunch my guts have been rolling.

Double-ugh. Tomorrow was intended to be a recovery day anyhow. Tonight I’ll be in bed catching up on TDS and Colbert while I let my body take this thing out.

Calorie Intake:

  • Bagel + 1 tbsp light cream cheese + cucumber slices – 400 cal
  • 10oz unsweetened apple juice – 150 cal
  • 2 x 600ml bottle Gatorade – 300 cal
  • 350g cooked pasta w/ tomato sauce – 500 cal
  • yogurt – 120 cal
  • 1 medium banana – 100 cal
  • 1 protein bar – 310 cal

Total In: 1780 calories

Life

Morning workout

  • 15min skipping – 200 cal
  • 5 rounds shadowboxing – 125 cal
  • 5 rounds heavy bag – 200 cal

Lunch workout

  • 4.3km run, 19min – 300cal
  • 7 x 75m sprints, slight uphill grade – 100 cal

Total Expended: 3625 calories

Daily Net Calories: (minus 1845 calories)
