Today I was the first one in the gym @ 6am, and the last person to leave @ 8:30pm. There’s something either very awesome, or very wrong about that but I’m too tired to decide which.

I stopped by Shopper’s Drug Mart today and out of curiosity stuck my arm in the blood pressure machine: Systolic 125 Diastolic 74 Heart Rate 44bpm.
