Go time

Time to get serious.  We’ve committed to a tournament in Belleville Sept 8.  I’m planning on fighting at 141lbs.  I’ll be fighting somebody with 2 fights or less.  Ideally I need to be around 154lbs before I start cutting water, absolute maximum 155.  Right now, I’m around 159.  Better to drop it sooner rather than later, so the next 7 days are going to be serious on the calorie deficit.

  • 2 bottle Gatorade – 300 cal
  • bagel + cream cheese – 300 cal
  • 2 x granola bar = 440 cal
  • Boost protein shake supplement – 240 cal
  • chicken sandwich – 350 cal
  • apple – 90 cal
  • cookies – 150 cal
  • yogurt – 120 cal
  • 6 oz chicken – 450 cal
  • 150g grapes – 100 cal
  • 275g strawberries – 70 cal

Morning workout

  • 8km run, 40min – 500 cal

Evening workout

  • 15min skipping – 200 cal
  • 15min sprints + pushups – 250 cal
  • 3 rounds heavy bag – 75 cal

Total Expended: 3725 calories

Daily Net Calories: (minus 750 calories)
